Direct mains connection for our soap dispensers
Our electric dispensers can be connected directly to the mains (via a mains plug or a flush-mounted socket). This allows you to make direct use of the available power and avoid having to regularly replace and dispose of environmentally harmful batteries.
Although battery-powered devices are often designed for maximum energy efficiency to extend their running time, operating them via the mains is more energy-efficient:
_ Conversion losses: Batteries must be chemically charged (either at the factory in the case of disposable batteries or via a charger in the case of rechargeable batteries), which consumes significantly more primary energy than using power directly from the mains.
