Dear customers,
We are delighted that you have chosen our sanitary room equipment. The protection and safety of our customers is our top priority. For this reason, we would like to inform you that our products comply with the applicable requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
As part of the product safety regulation, we ensure the following:
Hazard analysis and risk assessment: a comprehensive hazard analysis and risk assessment was carried out prior to market launch in order to identify potential hazards and minimize them.
Conformity with standards and directives: Our products have been manufactured in accordance with the relevant EU standards and regulations. They are compliant with all relevant European directives and have been labeled accordingly where required.
Installation, instructions for use and warnings: Please observe the enclosed instructions for use to ensure that the products are installed and used correctly. Improper mounting can lead to accidents (e.g. if the devices fall down). Please also observe all warnings regarding the safe use of the respective product.
Electronic devices (hand dryers and electronic soap dispensers): Ensure that the electrical connections are only made by qualified specialist personnel. Avoid contact with water during operation to prevent the risk of short circuits or electric shocks.
Check before each use: Before using the product, you should check it for visible damage or damage to the surface. Damaged surfaces may have sharp edges that could cause injury. If this is the case, the product must be taken out of service immediately and repaired.
Always disconnect electronic devices from the mains immediately before checking them or if they are damaged.
Appropriate use: Only use the product for its intended purpose, such as providing paper towels, soap, toilet rolls, drying hands, etc. Any use other than the intended purpose, such as placing heavy objects on the product or using it as an aid to movement or similar, can lead to damage or functional failure and represents a safety risk.
Regular inspection and care: Check the product regularly for signs of wear and tear or defects and carry out repairs if necessary. Proper cleaning maintains the function and safety of the product.
Protection against improper handling: Ensure that children or unauthorized persons do not use the product improperly in order to avoid possible dangers.
