The wellbeing of our team is firmly embedded in our DNA. This is evident in both small and large ways: from group exercise sessions during working hours, to the daily basket of fresh fruit, or our \u2018Well Pass\u2019 offer \u2013 through which we provide financial support for our employees\u2019 sporting leisure activities. We have been officially awarded the BGF (Workplace Health Promotion) seal of approval for this holistic approach. We invest in health seminars during working hours and ergonomic workstations to boost mental and physical well-being. At the same time, we\u2019re bridging the gap to climate action: we offer targeted incentives to encourage cycling to work \u2013 for a better quality of life and a cleaner environment.<\/p>\n

With these in-depth insights into our sustainability data, we actively provide all the information our partners need for their own life cycle assessments and sustainability certifications.<\/p>\n

We take an equally open approach to the digital world: with a genuine \u2018first-user mindset\u2019, new technologies such as AI agents, virtual reality and augmented reality are a natural part of our modern working day.<\/p>\n
